Located just off Junction 28 of the M1 (Mansfield), the EXVAC service centre is the UK’s largest facility dedicated to servicing, repairing, and overhauling all makes of vacuum excavator.
With over 2,600m2 of modern, fully-equipped workspace, the team of EXVAC fitters can work on multiple suction excavators at any one time. The service centre includes welding and fabrication facilities, a machine shop and a parts depot which enable the EXVAC fitters to handle any aspect of suction excavation servicing, repair, and refurbishment.
Services provided range from routine servicing and repairs, through ‘while you wait’ hose replacement, to full refit, refurbishment, and overhaul. EXVAC also offers suction excavator service packages covering one to five years.
EXVAC is an accredited XWatch fitting and service partner; the only partner specialising in the installation and maintenance of XWatch slew control systems on suction excavators.
In addition to its service centre, EXVAC has a fleet of service vans enabling EXVAC fitters to provide onsite support across the United Kingdom.
Suction excavator operators can source spares for all leading suction excavator makes directly through EXVAC. Most fast-moving spares are available ex-stock.
In addition to its work on suction excavators, EXVAC is accredited by Rivard as the sole UK servicing partner for all Rivard construction vehicles including sewer combination units.
